Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved and adopted a policy on determination of materiality and has further authorised certain officials for the purpose of determining materiality of an event and for the purpose of making disclosures to Stock Exchange under this Regulation, as detailed in the said policy.
