Mr. Rathi is an experienced industry professional with over 35 years of rich experience in the agro-processing industry, possessing extensive expertise in operations, business management, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with some of India’s leading sugar manufacturing companies, including Mawana Sugars Limited and Bajaj Hindusthan Limited, where he held various key responsibilities and contributed significantly to business growth and operational excellence. Mr. Rathi has been associated with the Company since August 2018 and has successfully held several critical leadership positions during his tenure. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Company’s operations and driving business performance.
